This large financial organization worked in over 80 countries around the world. Creating ‘one organization’ under ‘one strategy’ proved to be a monumental task. With the goal of having every employee be able to understand the strategy and appreciate their part in the big picture, C-Shift was asked to assist in developing an engaging program to help leaders be sponsors, advocates and participants in developing a culture of belonging.
Worked in partnership with Senior Leadership and the Change Management Office to develop a multi-step program to align the top forty leaders within the organization. This year long program focused on the enhanced alignment to the company’s overall strategy, the cascading of that strategy into roles, accountabilities, and goal cascade. The culmination of this work ended with a leadership summit for the top 150 leaders within the organization in which confirmation of the work being done to coalesce the organization to one, cascading strategy was reinforced and celebrated.
