In strategic alliance with the Investment Management and Finance function, C-Shift led several organizational projects, change and learning programs for a business transformation initiative that provided the proper rigor and oversight into informed decisions of more than a billion dollars in investment spend. In one of these endeavors, our team supervised and managed a highly integrated and matrixed team across five global regions. We were successful in ensuring key stakeholder commitment, executive leadership alignment and overall employee adoption to the new policies, processes, standards and tools associated with all levels and categories of organizational spend.
